Tracking the production processes

The 'Production' module facilitates recordings of all processes, starting with the work order all the way to the final phase of the production – a product/semi-manufactured product, which is then transferred to Inventory System.

The description of main functionalities follows further in this document. The principal added value of the product is own and innovative development of the methodology (in development) for improving the quality in wine industry.

The goal of the research project (in cooperation with the experts from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and  the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences) was to detect the risks and causes to the problems in as early wine production life cycle phase as possible. The aim is to prevent failures that result in customer complaints, and to introduce timely corrective actions, i.e. develop a failure classification system for wineries, based on the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).

Based on the research and the analysis of complaints tracking, we want to develop a model for complaints data entry and complaints causes. We want to develop data structures in a multi-dimensional system, which will be used in analyzing the historical data. According to the enlistment of failures identified by the developed module, we want to define the characteristics of failures, and a risk level upon a certain failure occurrence frequency.
