Travel orders

Travel orders allow tracking of travels or closed routes with expenses in multiple currencies, which can be refunded as cash, money order, together with the salary, etc. There are of course many printouts, from the travel order itself to a breakdown of expenses. As with payroll, travel orders can be posted automatically.

Basic functions:
simple and close-loop travels home and abroad,
various payout types: cash (prepayment or payout), payment orders, salary, etc.
any currency,
manage routes, fuel prices, daily allowances,
printouts (travel orders, summary, analyses, etc.),
monitor travel order attachments and additional expenses,
simple input by retrieval from master data (subjects, employees, etc.), 
limit access with user authorizations, 
travel order properties according to document type.
